I'm locked out of my home

Locksmith and lockouts

Pure urgency and year-round demand. It's also the branch with the most cloned per-town pages and phone numbers that end at a middleman, so here identity matters more than price.

Why they call

  • Door shut with the key inside.
  • Key snapped in the lock.
  • The cylinder spins freely.
  • Lock forced after a break-in attempt.
  • Shutter or gate that won't close.

What to do until the installer arrives

  1. Don't force a snapped key: the further in it goes, the costlier the extraction.
  2. After a break-in attempt, report it before changing the lock.
  3. Have proof that you live there to hand: you will be asked for it.
  4. Be wary of anyone quoting a fixed price by phone without seeing the door.

With fire, a strong gas smell, accessible live cable or flooding near electrics, call the emergency services before any installer.

What the job includes

  • Damage-free opening whenever the door allows it.
  • A quote before drilling or replacing the cylinder.
  • Identity credentials for whoever turns up.
  • Removal of the replaced hardware.

How the quote is worked out

  • Call-out to your area.
  • Type of opening: damage-free or with replacement.
  • Cylinder or lock, itemised separately.
  • Night or public-holiday surcharge, where it applies.

Frequently asked

How do I know it isn't a middleman?

Ask for the name of who is coming and the company's registered name. A middleman won't give you either: they hand the job on.

Does this branch need industrial registration?

Not under the same control as gas or electricity. So what's evidenced here is the company's identity and activity, not a permit that doesn't exist.

Can it always be opened without damage?

Not always. It depends on the lock and why it's jammed. That's said before starting, not after.

Who built this site

Rauda isn't real. This website is, and I built it.

I'm Fernando Gómez de la Mata and I design and build websites for small businesses. Rauda is a made-up company I use as a sample: everything here — the emergency call above the fold, the coverage areas, the availability panel, the credentials record — is what I'd propose to a real installer.

If something has broken at home

Rauda is not coming out to you: it isn't a company, it has no engineers and it provides no service. Find an installer in your area and check their registration number before you let anyone into your home.

If you run an installation business

Then you're in the right place. This site is an example of what I can build for you, with your brand, your real coverage and your verified registration details. Message me and let's talk.

WhatsApp opens with a message already written. You decide whether to send it.

The only working contact on this demo is my WhatsApp: +34 619 202 451.

On a real site, this button dials straight away

Here it doesn't. The number you can see — 400 12 34 56 — sits in a range the Spanish numbering plan leaves unallocated: it belongs to nobody and rings nowhere. On your business's site, this button opens the phone with your number already in place, so the customer never has to copy or hunt for it.

It's the only button that matters in an emergency. That's why it sits in the header, fixed on mobile, and repeated at the end of every page.
