Five branches, five reasons they call you
Ordered by real call-out volume in the market. Each one is entered through what happened to the customer, not through the trade's technical name.
- September and October
Heating, gas and boilers
The boiler won't start or there's no hot water
The branch with the most call-outs, and the only one with a season still ahead: September and October, when the first cold snap arrives and everyone discovers at once that their boiler won't fire.
Heating, gas and boilers - All year round
Electrical faults
Half the house has lost power
Steady demand all year round, and the sector's most repeated search at unsociable hours. It nearly always starts with a breaker that trips and won't reset.
Electrical faults - All year round
Locksmith and lockouts
I'm locked out of my home
Pure urgency and year-round demand. It's also the branch with the most cloned per-town pages and phone numbers that end at a middleman, so here identity matters more than price.

Plumbing, leaks and drains
There's a leak and the water won't stop
Year-round demand, and the branch most crowded with directories and job resellers. A customer arriving with a leak doesn't compare: they want to know who's coming and when.
Plumbing, leaks and drains - March to May
Air conditioning and heat pumps
The AC won't cool, or it's dripping indoors
Its main campaign runs March to May, when the summer install is decided — and this year it has already passed. Outside that window the work is breakdowns and maintenance, not campaign.

Who built this site
Rauda isn't real. This website is, and I built it.
I'm Fernando Gómez de la Mata and I design and build websites for small businesses. Rauda is a made-up company I use as a sample: everything here — the emergency call above the fold, the coverage areas, the availability panel, the credentials record — is what I'd propose to a real installer.
If something has broken at home
Rauda is not coming out to you: it isn't a company, it has no engineers and it provides no service. Find an installer in your area and check their registration number before you let anyone into your home.
If you run an installation business
Then you're in the right place. This site is an example of what I can build for you, with your brand, your real coverage and your verified registration details. Message me and let's talk.
