Fault report
For when you can't pick up the phone
Three steps, the bare minimum. It's there so the call back starts already knowing what the fault is and whether it's on the way.
This is what the installer would have received
- Branch
- What's happening
- Area
- Urgency
- Name
- Sample phone or email
And this is where the simulation ends. Nothing was sent, there is no reference number, nobody received this information and none of it is stored anywhere.
Who built this site
Rauda isn't real. This website is, and I built it.
I'm Fernando Gómez de la Mata and I design and build websites for small businesses. Rauda is a made-up company I use as a sample: everything here — the emergency call above the fold, the coverage areas, the availability panel, the credentials record — is what I'd propose to a real installer.
If something has broken at home
Rauda is not coming out to you: it isn't a company, it has no engineers and it provides no service. Find an installer in your area and check their registration number before you let anyone into your home.
If you run an installation business
Then you're in the right place. This site is an example of what I can build for you, with your brand, your real coverage and your verified registration details. Message me and let's talk.
