What we do

Bookkeeping

We don't keep your books for a drawer: every quarter we show you on one page how the year is going, what you have invoiced and what you have spent.

Two shelves filled with binders with plain, unlabelled spines, in cream, green and ochre.

What's included

  • Statutory accounting and mandatory ledgers
  • Annual accounts and their filing at the Companies Register
  • Sales and purchase invoice registers
  • Quarterly close with a readable summary, not an eleven-page balance sheet
  • Safekeeping of the paperwork for as long as the law requires

Who it's for

Companies and self-employed people on direct assessment.

What we need from you

Invoices and bank statements for the period. Statements can be uploaded as PDFs to the client area.

How often

Monthly on our side, quarterly on yours, with the year-end close in the first quarter of the following year.

The other areas

Tax advice

Filings on time, without last-minute surprises.

What this site is

Valedura doesn't exist. This website does, and Fernando Gómez de la Mata built it

It's a demonstration built to show what a neighbourhood accountancy firm's website can look like. The brand, the team, the fees and the contact details are invented. The only real thing on this page is the WhatsApp below.

If you're looking for an accountant

Valedura won't take you on: it isn't a firm, it has no advisers and it files nobody's taxes. Find a firm in your area, ask in writing what the monthly fee covers, and check who signs your filings before you sign up.

If you run an accountancy or admin firm

You are the one I'm looking for. I won't promise you'll come out top on Google: in your sector those positions are already held by firms with twenty years and hundreds of reviews, and that promise falls apart on your phone in ten seconds. What a site like this does do is survive the check by a client who arrived on a recommendation, and let them in.

  • Of 42 sector websites audited in Madrid, only 8 have a client area
  • Only 4 publish any price at all
  • None of the 42 mentions Verifactu or e-invoicing
Message me on WhatsApp

WhatsApp opens with the message written. You decide whether to send it.

It is the only working channel on this site. The phone numbers, emails and addresses on the other pages are illustrative and reach nobody.

This number does not dial

On a real firm's website, this button would open your phone with the office number already in it. Not here: Valedura is a made-up firm and its number sits in a range no operator can be assigned.

If what you want is to talk about a site like this one, the WhatsApp in the block below is real.
