The price, on the page

The question we get asked most on the phone is what we charge, and answering it on the phone helps nobody: you lose a morning ringing four firms and we take calls that go nowhere. So here it is.

Example figures. Valedura is a made-up firm and these amounts are no real business's rates: they show how the question gets answered, not what the service is worth.

Sole trader

from €55 a month

You work for yourself and have nobody on the payroll.

Includes

Quarterly VAT and income tax
Annual summaries and tax return
Income and expense ledgers
Client area and written queries

No lock-in. The first meeting is free.

Sole trader with staff

from €95 a month

You have between one and five people on the payroll.

Includes

Everything in the sole trader plan
Payslips and social security
Hirings, terminations and contracts
Collective agreement support

From the sixth person on, it is adjusted per payslip.

Limited company

from €165 a month

You run a company with activity and statutory accounting duties.

Includes

Full tax, employment and bookkeeping
Annual accounts and their filing at the Register
Corporate tax
Year-end review meeting

Filing fees and register costs are billed separately, with their own invoice.

What the fee does not cover

Fees, notary charges and register costs, paid to whoever charges them and invoiced separately
Inspections and appeals, quoted separately before any work starts
Back bookkeeping from earlier years, priced once we've seen how much there is
Nothing else. If something comes up, you hear it beforehand and not after

How it gets adjusted

The starting price is the entry point for each plan. It goes up with invoice volume, headcount and which taxes apply to you, and we close it at the first meeting with a fixed monthly figure. No lock-in: if you leave, you take your paperwork with you in one download.

It's a demonstration built to show what a neighbourhood accountancy firm's website can look like. The brand, the team, the fees and the contact details are invented. The only real thing on this page is the WhatsApp below.

If you're looking for an accountant

Valedura won't take you on: it isn't a firm, it has no advisers and it files nobody's taxes. Find a firm in your area, ask in writing what the monthly fee covers, and check who signs your filings before you sign up.

If you run an accountancy or admin firm

You are the one I'm looking for. I won't promise you'll come out top on Google: in your sector those positions are already held by firms with twenty years and hundreds of reviews, and that promise falls apart on your phone in ten seconds. What a site like this does do is survive the check by a client who arrived on a recommendation, and let them in.
