The first meeting is free and there's nothing to prepare. It's there so you can see whether we understand you, and so we can see whether we can help.
What happens in those forty minutes
- You tell us what you do and how you're handling it now.
- We tell you what obligations you have today and which ones are coming.
- We give you a closed monthly figure, not a range.
- If you're coming from another firm, we explain how the handover works without missing a deadline.
Opening hours
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00
- Friday, 9:00 to 15:00
- July and August, 8:00 to 15:00
If the form doesn't work for you, the hours above are the ones that count: at a real firm you can just walk in.
Meeting requested
On a real firm's site, this request would land in their diary and you'd get a confirmation with a day and time. Nothing has been sent here: there is no server behind this and the form doesn't leave your browser.

It's a demonstration built to show what a neighbourhood accountancy firm's website can look like. The brand, the team, the fees and the contact details are invented. The only real thing on this page is the WhatsApp below.
If you're looking for an accountant
Valedura won't take you on: it isn't a firm, it has no advisers and it files nobody's taxes. Find a firm in your area, ask in writing what the monthly fee covers, and check who signs your filings before you sign up.
If you run an accountancy or admin firm
You are the one I'm looking for. I won't promise you'll come out top on Google: in your sector those positions are already held by firms with twenty years and hundreds of reviews, and that promise falls apart on your phone in ten seconds. What a site like this does do is survive the check by a client who arrived on a recommendation, and let them in.
