Know what it costs and when you'll be seen, before you call

Lindero is a four-lawyer firm working on people's matters: divorce, inheritance, dismissal, immigration, everyday crime and the trouble a home can bring. This site shows the three things a client looks for and almost nobody publishes.

An empty meeting room with an oval light-oak table, four linen-upholstered chairs and a tall window with morning light.

What is here

Three things most law firm websites never answer

  • What the first meeting costs

With a figure, not with «ask us». And, per area, how the matter is charged: fixed fee, in stages, or a payment on account — and what falls outside.

  • A booking made without calling

A diary with real days and times, in person, by video or by phone. No calling at ten in the morning, which is when the lawyer is in court.

  • What happens next

Each area explains what to bring, what steps the procedure has and what the timescale depends on. No promised outcomes, because there are none.

Fees

The first meeting costs €60

Forty-five minutes to put the matter in order and know where you stand. If you then instruct the firm, that €60 comes off the first invoice.

  • The price is said beforehand, not afterwards
  • A written quote before anything starts
  • Costs that are not fees, listed separately and explained

How it works

From the question to the first meeting

Three steps, and none of them commits you to anything.

  1. 1

You pick the area and the time

In the diary, with the slots still free this week and next. In person, by video call or by phone.

  2. 2

    You bring what you have

Each area has its list of documents. If one is missing it is dealt with in the meeting; it is not a reason to stay away.

  3. 3

    You leave knowing the cost

With the matter in order, the available routes, and a written quote if you decide to go ahead.

Why a firm from here

The website next door may have been built in another city

Much of what comes up when you search for a lawyer in a Madrid neighbourhood is templates replicated across dozens of towns, plus directories reselling the same enquiry to several firms. A local firm doesn't compete with that on price: it competes by being here, answering, and explaining what it charges.

What clients say

4.9148 example reviews

Layout sample: these reviews are examples and correspond to no real person and no real matter. On a real firm's site, its Google reviews would be embedded here — the ones almost nobody shows on their own website even when they have hundreds.

  • They told us the price before starting and there was no surprise at the end. It helps when they also explain what can't be known yet.

    Marta R. · Family · May

  • I arrived with the dismissal letter and understood nothing. I left the first meeting knowing what days I had and what the options were.

    Javier D. · Employment · April

  • They explained which document was missing and why. They answer emails, which sounds small and isn't.

    Ahmed B. · Immigration · March

  • Three siblings and none of us on speaking terms. They sorted the paperwork first and there were far fewer arguments.

    Lucía P. · Inheritance · February

About this site

Lindero doesn't exist: this site is a demonstration

Fernando Gómez de la Mata built it to show what a small law firm's website would look like. The brand, the people, the details and the reviews are invented; the design, the diary and the content are not.

If you need a lawyer, this site cannot help you

Lindero does not exist: there are no lawyers behind it, no file is opened, and nothing published here is legal advice or a substitute for a consultation. Look for a real firm in your area. If you cannot afford one, your bar association's legal orientation service assists free of charge and processes legal aid; if you are in danger, call 112. Messaging the WhatsApp on this page gets you no appointment, no review of your papers and no opinion on your case.

If you run a firm and want a site like this

This is exactly what gets delivered: your own site with your areas, your fees explained and a diary that works — no per-client commission and no dependence on a directory. Message me and I'll tell you what it costs and how long it takes, with no obligation.

Message on WhatsApp

WhatsApp opens with the message written. You decide whether to send it.

Fernando Gómez de la Mata's WhatsApp is the only contact that works on this site. The phone and email in the footer are examples.

Book

The call button

On a real firm's website this button dials the direct number from a phone. Four of the sites audited to prepare this demo had the number written as plain text and nothing else: the client had to memorise it and dial it by hand.

Here it doesn't dial, because Lindero doesn't exist and its number is an example. The only contact that works on this site is Fernando Gómez de la Mata's WhatsApp.
