The practice

Four people and a room for each thing

A small practice is chosen on who will see you. This demo shows how each professional is presented without anyone's photograph: there are no real people here, and the portrait is precisely what a real practice would bring itself.

A close-up of hands holding a pen over an open, blank notebook resting on the arm of an armchair, beside a mug and a small desk clock.
  • Adult clinical psychology

    Anxiety, mood and grief

  • Child and adolescent psychology

Works in the children's room and coordinates with schools when the family authorises it.

  • Couples and family therapy

    Focus
    Couples, separation and grief
    Approach
    Systemic and emotion-focused
    Registration number
    To be supplied and verified

Couples sessions run seventy-five minutes and therefore take two slots in the calendar.

  • Health psychology

    Focus
    Anxiety, sleep and chronic illness
    Approach
    Cognitive behavioural and regulation techniques
    Registration number
    To be supplied and verified

Covers most of the practice's online therapy and the split-shift appointments.

On a real practice's website, each professional's portrait would go here. This demo publishes none: there is nobody behind it to photograph.

The centre's accreditation

Five fields that on a real practice's site are filled in, and that here are deliberately empty. An authority issues them: if this demo invented one, it would be somebody's.

  • Centre's health-authority number

    To be supplied and verified

Assigned by the regional authority when the centre is licensed. Its health-advertising rules require it to be displayed.

  • Each professional's registration

    To be supplied and verified

One number per person, issued by their professional body and searchable in its public listing.

  • Company tax number

    To be supplied and verified

Tax identification of the centre's owner.

  • Professional indemnity insurance

    To be supplied and verified

    Insurer and policy number.

  • Data protection officer

    To be supplied and verified

In a healthcare centre, clinical records are a special category of personal data.

This is the block that sells the most in the whole demo, and not for what it says: for what it shows. Eight in ten psychology websites publish none of these, and publishing them is the cheapest trust credential a regulated health profession has.

Three rooms and a waiting area

An empty therapy room with two linen armchairs facing each other, a low oak table with a water jug and a box of tissues, and window light.

Adults room

Two armchairs, no desk between them. It's where almost everything happens.

An empty couples therapy room: a two-seater sofa in sage green fabric and, facing it, a linen armchair, with a low oak table between them.

Couples room

Sofa and armchair facing each other, so nobody ends up in the middle.

An empty children's room with a low wooden table, two small stools and open boxes holding felt figures and wooden building blocks.

Children's room

Floor, materials in plain sight and nothing at adult height.

Book

This website is a demonstration

Sosiega doesn't exist. The website does, and a person built it.

It's a sample site for psychology practices: it shows, working, what most sites in this field don't have. If you came here looking for psychological help, read the box on the left first.

If you're looking for psychological help

You won't find it here: Sosiega doesn't exist, there is no professional behind this screen and nothing you've read is clinical guidance. Look for a real centre or professional — your regional professional body has a public directory — and check they are a registered clinical psychologist. Messaging this site's WhatsApp gets you no appointment and no assessment: it's the number of the person who built the page.

If you are at risk or need help now, call 112 (or your local emergency number).

If you run a psychology practice

This is what can be shown: real online booking, published fees, a page per presenting problem and the place where each credential goes. Message me and I'll tell you what would change for yours, with your approach and your hours.

Message on WhatsApp

WhatsApp opens with the message written. You decide whether to send it.

The only real contact channel on this site is Fernando Gómez de la Mata's WhatsApp. Every Sosiega detail — phone, email, address and hours — is illustrative and reaches nobody.

Book

On your own practice's site, this button dials straight away

Here it doesn't. The number you can see — 400 12 34 56 — sits in a range Spain's national numbering plan leaves unallocated: it belongs to nobody and rings nowhere.

In this field the phone is the most requested channel and the worst one: nobody picks up during a fifty-minute session, and almost nobody calls a psychologist twice. That's why this demo puts the calendar first and the phone second.
