Your patient books at eleven at night. You're at the treatment table at eleven in the morning.
Both happen at once, which is why the phone isn't a channel: it's a list of missed calls. This demo shows the site that takes the booking when you can't, publishes what it costs, and doesn't put your competitors beside you.
What decides the booking
- Have they got a slot?
- An open diary, showing what's left.
- Do they treat mine?
- A page per condition, not a list.
- What does it cost?
- The price published, without a phone call.
- Who will treat me?
- The team, their focus and their registration.

In this trade you're not missing a website. You're missing three things inside it.
Of nineteen clinics we looked at one by one, nineteen had a website. So that isn't the problem. The problem is what none of them did: take the booking, state the price, and show who treats you.
have no booking of their own
Their site invites you to call during clinic hours, which is exactly when nobody can pick up.
publish no prices
A patient who can't see a price doesn't ring to ask: they move to the next tab, which does show it.
don't show a registration number
In healthcare the credential is part of the product, publishing it is free, and almost nobody does.
Percentages from the field sweep of the physiotherapy and podiatry market in the Madrid region, over the sample examined. They're the reason this demo has exactly these three pages.
The booking that doesn't make you leave the table
This is the feature everything else rests on. The diary shows the slots that are genuinely left, the patient picks theirs, and you find out when you finish the session. No missed calls, no «I'll ring you back later».
It's a demonstration: the diary runs in your browser, sends nothing and stores nothing.
- Free and taken slots, by practitioner and by time
- Booked in four steps, with no sign-up
- If the patient has a block, the session comes off it automatically
- The clinic is notified there and then, not at the end of the day
On a booking portal, your listing is never alone
A medical booking portal costs between €45 and €65 a month plus VAT, and on the upper tiers what you're buying is priority over the other physios in your area: a visibility auction that gets more expensive the more you need it. This is the same patient, in both places.

- Physiotherapy centre850 m away · today at 19:00Book a slot

An illustrative recreation. The practitioners alongside have no names on purpose: the point is that the slot exists, not who fills it.
The same listing on your own site
Nobody else here
No competitors beside your listing, and no three alternatives a thumb's width from your booking button.
- Monthly fee
- €45–65 a month + VAT, billed annually
- No fee per booking or per new patient
- Whose patient it is
- The portal's: they sign up there and hear from there
- Yours: their record, their history, their consent
- Who appears alongside
- Three competitors from your area, with a free slot
- Nobody
- If you stop paying
- You disappear, and the booking channel with you
- The site is still yours
- Priority in the listing
- Bought, and dearer the more you need it
- Earned by ranking your own pages
This isn't about leaving the portal on day one. It's that once your own site takes the booking, the monthly fee becomes optional instead of essential.
Indicative pricing for the medical booking portal market in Spain as of July 2026, excluding VAT and billed annually. No company is named: the figure is published as a market reference.
Nobody searches for «physiotherapy». They search for what hurts.
And they type it in their own words: «neck hurts when I turn my head», «leaking urine when I cough», «ingrown toenail». Every condition is a separate door from Google, and a brochure site with everything on one page opens only one.
Back and neck pain
Neck, lower back, muscle knots and desk-related pain.
What your patient types«neck hurts when i turn my head»
Sports physiotherapy
Runners, padel, the gym and getting back to training without relapse.
What your patient types«sports physiotherapist near me»
Pelvic floor
Postpartum, urine leaks, birth preparation and menopause.
What your patient types«pelvic floor after birth»
Injury rehabilitation
After surgery or discharge: getting back to the life you had.
What your patient types«rehab after knee surgery»
Clinical podiatry
Ingrown nails, hard skin, plantar warts and the diabetic foot.
What your patient types«ingrown toenail pain relief»
Gait analysis
Treadmill biomechanics and custom-made insoles.
What your patient types«gait analysis price»
This block is the SEO argument made visible: these are searches with the highest possible intent — it literally hurts — and very little competition, because almost nobody in this trade writes a page per condition.
Publishing your price doesn't scare patients off. It saves them a call.
Whoever was going to leave on price leaves anyway, and takes one of your phone calls with them. Whoever stays arrives knowing the cost, and a block of sessions turns a five-visit course into a single buying decision.
Session blocks
- Block of 4 podiatry appointments€28 an appointment€112
- Block of 5 sessions€38 a session€190
- Block of 10 sessions€36 a session€360
Illustrative amounts, VAT included, from a clinic that doesn't exist. In healthcare most of these services are VAT-exempt: a real clinic's site would say so here.
Once the diary is full there's no time left to build a website
Physiotherapy fills up as people go back to sport and to the office, and in January with new year's resolutions. Podiatry runs the other way: spring and summer, as soon as feet stop being covered up. Between the two peaks there's a gap, and it's the only moment when something can be built calmly.

A website is delivered in four to six weeks. The one decided in the gap is live when the peak arrives; the one decided during the peak arrives once it has passed.
The month you're in is marked using your own device's clock.
Three in four clinics don't say who will be treating you
And it's the one thing a patient can't check on their own. The team and their focus, each practitioner's registration number and the centre's healthcare registration are free to publish, and they're half of the trust.
What can actually be said about a clinic
Not the outcome of treatment — that isn't published, for good reasons — but the treatment you got: whether the plan was explained, whether your time was respected, and whether they told you when to stop coming. That's what the reviews that bring patients talk about.
Illustrative review
They explained the plan at the first visit and told me how many sessions it would take. Not one more than they said.
Illustrative review
I booked from my phone on a Sunday night and it was confirmed by Monday. I never had to call during working hours.
Illustrative review
I left with the report printed and the price of the insoles in writing, with no surprises afterwards.
Illustrative review
They keep to the time. You go in at yours and leave at yours, which after three months of weekly sessions you notice.
How many bookings did you lose this week because you couldn't reach the phone?
It's the sum nobody does, because it leaves no trace: there's no record of the call you didn't take. An open diary does it for you.
Aplomo isn't real. This website is, and I built it.
I'm Fernando Gómez de la Mata and I build websites for small businesses. Aplomo is a made-up clinic I use as a sample: the booking wired to the diary, the six pages per condition, the published price list, the session blocks and the credentials block are what I'd propose to a real physiotherapy or podiatry clinic.
If you're looking for a physiotherapist or a podiatrist
This is not a clinic and it won't treat you: there are no healthcare practitioners behind it, the address and phone you can see don't exist, and nothing written here is a diagnosis or medical advice. Find a real centre in your area, and check that each practitioner gives you their professional registration number.
Messaging this site's WhatsApp gets you no appointment and no assessment: you'd be contacting a web designer. If you have a medical emergency, call 112.
If you run a physiotherapy or podiatry clinic
Then you're in the right place. This site is an example of what I can build for you, with your name, your treatments, your prices and your real diary: bookings arriving on their own at eleven at night, and no monthly fee to a portal that puts your competitors beside you. Message me and let's talk.
